Philanthropic Spirit

Borough of Northampton Municipal Building
Giving back to the community that has nurtured its business growth is important to The Horwith Companies. Taking a hands-on approach to the well being of local charities, and community support and outreach groups, Frank Horwith has made generous contributions of time, talent, and funds to a host of youth groups, recreational, academic, and civic programs. No contribution was more significant than the donation of eight acres to the Borough of Northampton that enabled the municipality to construct its new government complex, replacing its original facility that was built in 1902. The new facilities house an Atlas museum that includes memorabilia and a wall memorial honoring cement workers.
