Horwith Industries Land/Community Development

A portion of the acreage purchased by Horwith Industries was zoned for residential development. Since the late 1980s, Frank Horwith has worked with a variety of home buildings contractors to create more than 250 single family and twin residences that have come to be known as the greater Wynnewood community. What once was barren land on the perimeter of an aging cement plant is now a maturing community of growing families and retirees. The "greening" of this community is testimony that the residential, retail, and industrial sectors can co-exit in a healthy environment. Many of the local residents work at the energy park.
